At Hemet Ice & Crystal Clear Water, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales of water and ice are final. Refunds or replacements may be offered only if the product is defective, damaged at the time of pickup, or if an error was made by us.

At this time, we do not offer shipping. In-store pickup will be available soon.
